WORKPLACE PLANNING & DESIGN PRINCIPLES
We believe that form follows function in executing effective workplace planning. Workplace planning and design strongly influences staff morale and work place efficiency. It should reflect company values and ethos to staff, to customers and to shareholders.
Change in a company’s working/management style can be reinforced in the planning of its workplace. Effective team building is heavily influenced by workplace planning. The successful introduction of new office technologies relies on appropriate workplace planning and design.
Efficient workplace planning also reduces the amount of ongoing ‘churn’ costs (up to 30% of fitout costs per annum).
“Our workplace planning and design skills will add value to your bottom line.”
