35 years of Workplace Planning and Interior Design is the foundation of Linzi Pty Ltd.
Originally founded in Brisbane in 1977, upon the graduation of the principal Lindsay A. Colwill from QUT School of the Built Environment. The company was reformed in 2001 after the return of Lindsay from Hong Kong.
Lindsay has been responsible for many thousands of square metres of commercial offices in Australia and in Asia. Major International Corporations form part of an impressive list of contented clients. They include Hewlett Packard, Shell, Mallesons Stephen Jaques, AT&T, BHP, Digital, Microsoft, HongKong Bank, HongKong Telecom, and Mobil.


We believe that form follows function in executing effective workplace planning. Workplace planning and design strongly influences staff morale and work place efficiency. It should reflect company values and ethos to staff, to customers and to shareholders.
